Jonathon Aubry

Founder & CEO

Jonathon Aubry leads A&CO with collaboration, creativity, and thoughtfulness at his core. He brings the invaluable experience of a 20+ year career as a marketing, entertainment, and fundraising leader across business development, fundraising, marketing, and brand partnership experience with a proven track record of driving over $1B in revenue across the non-profit, film, media, music, and television sectors. He has helped build and launch leading brands and businesses and held senior positions in marketing, sales, fundraising, and business development in the non-profit and for-profit sectors.

Most recently, he helped the Academy Museum complete its $400M campaign and is helping the Entertainment Community Fund complete a $160M campaign, and is working with BAFTA, the Sierra Club, amfAR, and other leading nonprofits on corporate partnership and fundraising initiatives. As Vice President of Brand Partnerships, Jonathon helped re-launch the Hollywood Reporter and Billboard brands. Jonathon built A&CO with the sole purpose of becoming trusted builders and connectors across strategic industries of influence for its clients. He loves people and is passionate about the intersection of creativity and commerce, and the power of partnership to unlock boundless artistic creativity, drive culture and enable social impact.

A passionate philanthropist, Jonathon has served on the Board of OUTFEST and Awakening Recovery in Los Angeles, CA, where he chairs the Board Development Committee. He supports critical non-profit organizations, including amfAR, Motion Picture Television Fund, Entertainment Community Fund, StartOut, The Point Foundation, The Trevor Project, Project A.L.S., and Human Rights Campaign Fund.

Jonathon cherishes family and friends and has built his personal value for relationships into the ethos of the agency. He lives in Los Angeles with his husband and two children.

Amy Kestel

President & Chief Strategy Officer

Amy Kestel approaches everything she does as a leader at A&CO through the lens of organic storytelling. Her goal is to align unique opportunities with the goals of strategic brand partners. As a former client at a high profile brand, Amy is intrinsically able to assess the potential of authentic relationships and how to create them.

Amy spent 10 years at American Airlines in a variety of strategic marketing roles for the AAdvantage®, AA.com, Strategic Alliances, and Integrated Marketing teams. As Director of Global Strategic Sponsorships & Promotions, she led American Airlines’ Media & Entertainment marketing strategy, including targeted awards season partnerships.​ She brings a client-side perspective to the work that authentically guides conversations between brands and sponsor opportunities.

Amy is passionate about giving and is privileged to support many philanthropic organizations both personally and professionally. She led American Airlines’ diversity partnership strategy with advocacy organizations such as the Human Rights Campaign, Lambda Legal, the United States Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, and UNCF. She has volunteered with a foster child organization and is involved with Girls Inc. She also supports several organizations focused on equity and access for underserved populations.

Amy values family and friends above all else. She splits time between California and Texas with her husband and rescue dog, Beignet.
